A little about me
UK-based technology leader. I work at the intersection of architecture, AI, and commercial systems, and I write with the same care I bring to design decisions.
I am a senior solutions architect and technology leader. My work is helping organisations find clarity when constraints are real and the rate of change does not pause for a neat programme plan.
Over the years I have worked across public sector and government digital, financial services, telecoms, and broader enterprise technology, including programmes and platforms that touch African markets. The settings differ. The pattern is familiar: trade-offs under pressure, architectures that must still make sense next year, and leaders who need language as much as they need diagrams.
My focus sits where enterprise architecture, practical AI systems, and commercial judgment meet. The through-line is simple. What should change by default? What needs deliberate redesign? How do you keep that distinction alive when the organisation is under load?
I am the author of Modernization by Default, Modernization by Design (MbDD), a leadership book currently in production for 2026.
