This is a practical leadership book for technology executives and architects. It is about how organizations keep evolving under continuous change, by making everyday modernization the default, and using deliberate design only when the trajectory must be reset. I am writing it from years of sitting with leaders in public sector digital, financial services, telecoms, and enterprise technology, including work across African markets where the pace of change rarely waits for a programme plan.
