Fikayo Otun
I help teams make better technology decisions when the stakes are real and the answers aren’t obvious.
I’m a solutions architect by trade. I work with a small number of organisations where experience, clear thinking and sound decisions can make a real difference.
Who I help
For people making big decisions with imperfect information
If you lead technology in government, financial services, telecoms or a large organisation, you rarely get the luxury of perfect information or unlimited time. You still have to make decisions that work in the real world. I’ve spent much of my career working through those trade-offs in the UK and African markets. I write and advise from that experience.
Offerings
Where I can help

Architecture
Making technology choices that work within real budgets, regulations and delivery deadlines.
