About

A little about me

I’m a UK-based technology leader and solutions architect. My work spans architecture, AI and the business decisions that shape how technology gets used.

I’m a senior solutions architect. I help organisations make technology decisions amid real constraints, changing priorities and systems that can’t simply be switched off while everything is redesigned.

I’ve worked across government and public-sector digital, financial services, telecoms and enterprise technology, including programmes connected to African markets. Each environment has its own challenges, but the questions often rhyme: what do we change, what do we keep, and how do we make choices that still hold up a year from now?

I’m interested in the point where architecture, practical AI and commercial decisions meet. How do you keep improving without turning every change into a transformation programme? And when is incremental change no longer enough?

I’m working on Modernization by Default, Modernization by Design (MbDD), a book for technology leaders. It’s currently in development.

This site brings together the work I do, the ideas I’m developing and the ways I can help. If something here connects with a challenge you’re facing, LinkedIn or Linktree is the easiest place to reach me.
