The coaching service is provided by Bisonel Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14557664.

The service

The Career Coaching Programme is a 4-week core coaching programme for a single fee. It includes:

• 6 x 60-minute 1:1 video sessions across the 4 weeks.
• A written profile review covering your CV, LinkedIn, portfolio or GitHub.
• A personalised gap analysis and 90-day roadmap.
• 2 mock interviews with written feedback.
• Async support between sessions, with replies within 2 working days.
• CV, outreach and STAR story bank templates.

The fee also includes free post-employment coaching and mentoring once you start a new role: 7 x 30-minute 1:1 video debriefs across your first 90 days, with weekly debriefs in month 1, fortnightly debriefs in month 2 and a final debrief in month 3.

Post-employment support starts if you start a new role within 6 months of finishing the core programme. It is included in the fee at no extra cost and is a free extra. It does not change your cancellation rights for the core programme.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the coaching page. The current price is £495, paid in full via the Monzo payment link before the first session, in GBP.

Payments are hosted by Monzo Bank. We never see or store your card details. You can read Monzo's privacy notice at monzo.com/legal/privacy-notice.

Booking and scheduling

After booking, we will agree session times with you. Core programme sessions are usually held by video call over 4 weeks.

You can reschedule a session if you give at least 48 hours' notice. Frequent late cancellations may mean using the next available slot.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for attending sessions, sharing accurate information, completing agreed work between sessions and making your own career decisions.

No job guarantee

This is coaching, not recruitment. We do not guarantee a job, interview, offer, salary or outcome.

Intellectual property

Templates and materials are for your personal use only. You must not resell, publish or share them as your own product.

Cancellation and refunds

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from purchase to cancel for any reason. To cancel, email hello@bisonel.com.

If you expressly ask us to start the programme within those 14 days, for example by booking a session or receiving materials, and then cancel within the 14 days, we may deduct a proportionate amount for services already provided.

If the service has been fully performed within the 14-day period, and you agreed to this, your right to cancel is lost.

For digital materials supplied immediately, such as templates or a roadmap, your right to cancel those materials is lost if you gave express consent and acknowledged this before receiving them.

After 14 days, there is no refund for sessions already delivered. If we cancel or cannot deliver part of the programme, we will refund the undelivered part.

Liability

Our total liability to you is capped at the fee you paid for the programme. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Complaints

If something is wrong, email hello@bisonel.com. We will review your complaint and reply as soon as reasonably possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that apply where you live.
