How it works
A six-stage method
Every stage has a purpose and a useful outcome, so you know what
we’re working on and what to do next. The six 1:1 sessions run
over 4 weeks.

We’ll talk through your experience, what you want to do next
and the practical limits that shape your search, such as
location, salary and timing.

I’ll review your CV, LinkedIn and any portfolio or GitHub
profile from a hiring perspective, then give you specific,
prioritised feedback.

Planning
We’ll identify the gaps between your current profile and the
roles you want, then turn them into a 90-day plan with
practical next steps.

Application coaching
We’ll focus your search on suitable roles and improve how you
tailor applications and contact recruiters, without sending the
same generic message everywhere.

We’ll practise the kinds of interviews your target role
requires, review what worked and what didn’t, and cover how to
approach an offer and salary conversation.

Thriving in your new role
If you land the role, we’ll plan your first 30, 60 and 90 days,
including the people you need to build relationships with and
how to make a solid start. This leads into the free 90-day
support once you begin.

How do the sessions work?
Sessions are one-to-one over video. After payment, I’ll share a
booking link. You’ll also receive written feedback, your roadmap
and the templates we work on.
How long does the programme take?
The core programme runs for 4 weeks, with six 60-minute sessions
across the six stages. After you start a new role, you also get
up to 90 days of free support through 30-minute debrief calls.
What if I do not land a role?
I can’t guarantee a job. Hiring depends on the market, timing,
your experience and the work you put in. What I can do is help
you present your experience clearly, prepare properly and make
more deliberate decisions. I’ll also be honest if I think a role
or approach needs rethinking.
Can I reschedule a session?
Yes. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice where possible.
Frequent late cancellations may mean we need to use the next
available slot, rather than repeatedly pushing the programme back.
What is the refund policy?
Consumers have 14 days from purchase to cancel. If you ask us to
start within that period, any refund may be reduced for work
