Modernization by Default, Modernization by Design
How to build organisations that keep adapting
I’m writing Modernization by Default, Modernization by Design for technology leaders who are tired of treating change as a series of big programmes with neat start and finish dates. The book explores how organisations can keep improving as part of everyday work—and when they need to stop, rethink the direction and redesign deliberately. It draws on my experience across public-sector digital, financial services, telecoms and enterprise technology, including work connected to African markets.
In development, with publication planned for 2026.
